As a Mould Surveyor, you'll play a vital role in identifying the root causes of mould and condensation issues in residential properties, particularly within the social housing sector. You will carry out detailed property surveys, assess ventilation systems, and recommend tailored solutions that align with our proven treatment and prevention methods. Working as part of our national team, you'll help ensure every property we assess meets the highest standards of health, safety, and comfort.

This is a key national position supporting our mould treatment and ventilation services. The primary responsibility will be to remove existing glass panes and replace them with pre-prepared units—designed to accommodate extraction fans—which are then wired and installed by our domestic ventilation engineers.
